At Riders Restaurant we create a vegetarian three-course menu every week – made from fresh ingredients sourced from local producers. We experiment with traditional techniques and flavours and give our dishes a local twist.
We choose our ingredients with great care, focusing on environmentally friendly production methods and short transportation distances. Together with our guests, we support small, organic farms in the region and thus contribute to the preservation of our natural world.
