What are the cancellation conditions in the event of an officially ordered closure of hotels and ski resorts?   

All bookings with the Weisse Arena Group for the coming winter season include a Covid 19 cancellation guarantee. 

 

What happens if I fall ill with Covid-19 before arrival or if I am in quarantine? 

In the event of a travel restriction or quarantine ordered by the authorities, the Covid 19 cancellation guarantee will also apply and the guest will be reimbursed for all services already paid for by the Weisse Arena Group, which he/she is unable to obtain/use, on a pro-rata basis in the form of a voucher valid until 30th April 2022. This is subject to the condition that the booking was made prior to the officially imposed travel restrictions. We advise our guests to take out the travel insurance prior to travel, unless they are already in possession of such insurance.

 

What happens if I feel unwell during my stay or have had contact with a possibly infected person?  

We ask you to avoid further contact with other people and to inform the reception team if you suspect infection. Unfortunately, a refund is not possible in case of illness. 

Tip: This case is usually also covered by appropriate travel insurance.

 

What happens if Switzerland is put on the country list for compulsory quarantine after returning to your own country?
